RETURNS, EXCHANGES, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS

 Any guitar sold as “New” can be returned for store credit, exchanged for an equivalent guitar, or returned for a cash refund up to 30 days after delivery to the buyer. The cost of shipping and refurbishment to pre-sale quality may be deducted from the refund amount.


Any guitar sold as “Pre Owned” or that is on “Sale” may be returned for store credit or exchanged for an equivalent guitar up to 30 days after delivery to the buyer. There are no cash refunds for pre owned or sale guitars. The cost of refurbishment to pre-sale quality may be deducted from the store credit or trade in value.


Any “Custom Order” guitars can be returned for store credit, exchanged for an equivalent guitar, or returned for a cash refund up to 30 days after delivery to the buyer. The cost of shipping and refurbishment to pre-sale quality may be deducted from the refund amount and the 20% down payment is forfeit. The 20% down payment is forfeit if the buyer cancels their order after 7 days of placing it. Another way of saying that is you can cancel your custom order for a full refund within 1 week of placing your order. After 1 week, I will have started the order and irreversibly dedicated supplies to your specifications.


We recommend saving any packing materials for 30 days after delivery so you can use it if you decide to return your guitar.
